Refund policy

All products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed. To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery at ras.design1225@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, please allow up to 7 business days for your replacement or refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
